Strawberry Pineapple Cantaloupe Smoothie Recipe
Ingredients: Four chunks each of cantaloupe and pineapple (about two inches long by one inch wide), five frozen strawberries, two tablespoons of nonfat vanilla Greek yogurt, and 1/4 cup of milk.
Method: Thaw the strawberries in cold water until they’re just a little mushy. Cut the ends off of them if you haven’t already done so. Put the strawberries, pineapple, cantaloupe, yogurt, and milk into a blender. Blend to your desired consistency, top with chia seeds, and enjoy!
